Warrenton Oil Company Chairman Makes Way for New Family Leadership

Announces Mary Banmiller as Chief Executive Officer

Today, Warrenton Oil Company officially announced its president and CEO Wayne Baker is stepping back and playing a smaller role within the family-owned company. Mary Banmiller is replacing him as the new CEO and Dana Moloney is now COO. Baker remains chairman on the board.

Previously, Banmiller served as Senior Director of Retail Operations. Under her direction, both FastLane Convenience stores and the company operated hotels achieve operational excellence year after year, outperforming peer groups across many metrics. Mary is a truly dynamic leader and well-respected industry veteran.
